@raquellrussell I was so young when I joined the Navy I needed parental consent to do so, then spent the next two years on a fully armed destroyer off the coast of Vietnam, escorting hospital ships to safety. LOVED the NAVY and I would have made it a career except for a major injury.

@AuthorGFAllen It will work for people who do not like their current occupation, however for those of us that are the polar opposite, it would be very depressing to not to be able to go to work three days /week. We get enough long weekends as it is and it is terrible.

@gator_gum François Legault. I disagree with his platform and policies, but he has never waivered from his support for the people of Québec, regardless of how English Canadians feel about him personally.

Here's a challenge for you. Name a politician on the "other side" that you don't mind and may not entirely agree with, but can see some common ground and sensibilities within. I will go first. I think Erin O'Toole has some good takes sometimes and I while I absolutely don't agree with him always, I can at least find some common footing with him now.
