Has anyone used Monarch Money? If so, from 0-10 (no 7 allowed), how strongly would you recommend and why? Thanks! 🙏

@petergyang Last time I was here, I didn't see this in the comments. But world's back guru is Dr. Stuart McGill and he has a book specifically meant to help diagnose the (physical) components of back pain: backfitpro.com/books/back-mec…

Whoa, this is awesome, some innovation from WeWork. New communal “quiet zone” area with killer view of downtown. Now I have sanctuary to escape The Weeknd.

Love my WeWork, but was getting sick of their common area background music, which is a centrally-programmed ~6h loop of songs, half of which are “Out of Time” by The Weeknd. Went to a coffee shop for respite from this; Out of Time playing on there too. FML.

@immad If you don't already use one, pill boxes do help with organization and adherence. Wish you could just drink a custom smoothie though :P

* 3 x fiber * 3 x turmeric+garlic * 1 x b 12 * 1 x vit D * 2 x omega oils Had a high cholesterol reading so mostly taking these for that. Vit D and B13 are just for deficiencies in the blood test.

My morning supplement regime now involves taking these 10 tablets. Pretty annoying to get them all out and swallow them. Any solution to making this smoother?

This is the biggest (and last 😱) news I’m sharing as CEO of Front: I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve hired Dan O’Connell to become Front’s next CEO 🙌 front.com/blog/a-new-fro… I’m not going anywhere, l take on the role of Executive Chair, and I will continue working for customers I love, with a team I adore.

@jaltma Thinking through this from the perspective of the shift from on-prem -> cloud a decade ago, what new workflows opened up? My take: integrations. Things like Mulesoft and Zapier, and to some degree Slack just weren't possible in the on-prem world.

@awwstn I still remember being an early @FrontHQ customer and getting a personal response from @collinmathilde that I didn't believe was her until she confirmed it. Set the example for how we do support at @polly_ai to this day.

i've seen many founders have a temptation to try to appear bigger/farther along than they are. blocking out your calendar to seem busy, having someone else (or even a made up alias) do customer support, etc. it's completely wrong. the actual flex is being the founder who replies ridiculously fast to emails, gets on calls with prospects same day, and gives every customer a direct line to you via SMS or DMs. fortunately, operating this way is also super fun and energizing!

Is there a OpenAI integration with Gmail that can draft replies for me on incoming emails? I feel like 15 years worth of emails is a pretty good training set.

If zuck is right that Meta quest is better than Apple Vision Pro, isn’t that actually bad, given quest is not really a big deal? The best product in a meaningless space is not great.

@amix3k One issue I noticed during this downtime: I actually couldn't kill the Mac app when the server couldn't connect. That feels like a client optimization that could easily be made instead of coupling so tightly to a "ghost" server.

Todoist has had a bunch of downtime today due to overloaded databases. Things should be stable now, but we still need to apply additional optimizations. We are very sorry about this and are doing our best to make Todoist snappy again. You can follow status updates on status.todoist.net

The limit will be the final router's wifi, so it would be 200 in this case. On Unifi devices, you can also set up things like bandwidth limits for individual devices so nobody can "hog" the bandwidth that you have available. Great for enabling email or texting without letting streamers kill things for everyone.
