Did a rollover call with Aspire (anyone heard of them?) Trying to rollover to TD IRA. They sneakily sent my client a form to rollover the 403b to a Traditional IRA with Aspire instead of transfer out. Confirms my bias that nothing good in financial services comes out of Florida.
