Big change to HS basketball free-throw shooting. No more 1-and-1s. Teams will get 5 fouls per quarter and shoot 2 FTs when in bonus (after 5 fouls). Double bonus is no more. Fouls will reset each quarter. Refs rejoice. Lane violations should go way down. @TribLiveHSSN
