I work with Gen X. I've never met one who goes by they/them or believes in DEI over hard work. From what I gather, they mostly like to keep to themselves. Don't like labels or other people, really. My coworkers were ALL Democrats until their party "lost their minds". Some went Republican, most Independent, a few like Trump. I'm a millennial who was a Democrat until my party turned into a death cult. Now I'm an Independent who voted Republican for the first time in my life.
