Opened Track 1 at Hero Conf UK. Agentic PPC is no longer a future conversation the room knows it. Thanks to Sophie Logan, Cindy Ebner, Cristiano Winckler & Anni Kristiina Salo. Brighton, it's been a good one 👊 #brightonseo #heroconf #ppc

@larsmaat @heroconf glad you liked my talk 🙏. I guess Anthropic is doing something right. Almost every marketer I speak to relies on Claude right now😅

So far, I've seen two talks at @heroconf. Both were about AI agents and automations in PPC. Both speakers swear by Claude Code and the fact that the data you give the agents, determines the success So far, I couldn't agree more 🙌 Thanks @BN_Wenner for your insights!

why is there still no ai agent based search in Google Maps? I want to find a gym with a day pass, it should be one query away so the agent should visit all websites, find which ones offer day passes and just list these right now 8/10 of the results don’t offer any day passes pls @google build this

Brighton SEO & Hero Conf UK is days away. I'll be on stage making the case that AI agents can already manage PPC autonomously. Not in theory, but right now. Come ready to disagree. 👀 #HeroConf #BrightonSEO #PPC

Search growing 11%. Social 33%. Search inventory is finite. The feed isn't. That's why Google keeps pushing YouTube — it's their only real growth lever. CPCs will keep rising. The specialists who win work across search and the feed.

I presented modular agentic PPC architecture at ADworld Bologna 2025. Google's new ADK guide just validated the exact same approach. Progressive disclosure. Load only what the agent needs, when it needs it. Build modular. Ship lean. Scale clean.

Futureproofing your PPC career means looking into M-Shaped development. The shift from T-shaped to M-shaped reflects rising baseline expectations, where breadth is standard and differentiated value comes from multiple areas of depth. searchenginejournal.com/from-t-shaped-…

Speaking at Performance MCR 2026: agentic PPC, the unfiltered version. 24 June, Manchester. Practitioner-led, real case studies, zero pitch. Big respect to the team building this series, it's the format our craft needs more of. #ppc

PPC salaries are splitting: Which side are you on? AI has an impact on every industry, but it's not the only reason why PPC salaries are splitting. Read more in my latest Search Engine Land article 👉 lnkd.in/dVV6zT6J.

People in Germany have trouble finding jobs. At the same time, real estate seems to be on the market for so long that sellers/landlords start to reduce prices. And this is in Hamburg, one of the most expensive places in Germany. I‘m checking ImmoScout daily and I see some houses listed for months(!) and slowly becoming cheaper. Might be isolated or just my bubble, but I’ve never seen this many signs that people are struggling right now.

@via_marketing_ IMO your north star (revenue, profit, LTV) shouldn't change mid-year. If it does, it was poorly chosen.

@BN_Wenner But what if that "one metric" changes mid-year when the market shifts? Most do.

Your 2026 PPC to-do list is probably wrong. Because you're optimizing for activities, not outcomes. Before you touch another campaign: What's the ONE metric that defines success this year? Revenue? Profit? Growth rate? Everything else is noise.

@nic_amadio Things just work in CH and once you get to know some peers, life can also be "cool". Polish cities thrive a little more, since Poland has it's golden age right now. Warsaw is truly the hotspot but other cities like wroclaw are also great.

Back in Warsaw since a few days and the VIBES SUPERIORITY to Zurich is obvious. Warsaw is COOL. Vibrant, young, creative, growing, chill, (relatively) affordable. Zurich is OLD. Nerdy, boring, corporate, stiff, extremely expensive, stressed out, somewhat stagnant. — I’m happy to have set up my business in Switzerland and to have a foot there in these volatile times. But I’m not sure that long term I see myself as someone living somewhere because of “taxes and stability”. Obviously there’s more to life than that.
Nicola Amadio@nic_amadio

New deep-dive just dropped: how much money do you need to make to live in Switzerland? 💸🇨🇭 Considering cost of living, taxes and happiness factor. You also get to learn how much I spent last year with my Zurich - Warsaw/Italy/Other hybrid setup. How much I spend in a month in Warsaw 🇵🇱, in Zurich🇨🇭, etc. Broken down by items. It's the first article of my new newsletter REMOTE GOATS 🐐 Sub to get the next ones. Link in comment below.

@TweetsOfSumit This is the reality of delivery apps. They all exist in grey areas exploiting gig workers, and it wont change because the business model runs on thin margins. Cash tips are the best for drivers.

Holy shit. "we generated millions in pure profit just by making the standard service worse, not by making the premium service better." I wonder if this is the case for Wolt. Because I order a lot. And I tip. And I use priority.

I ride Uber Black daily, and I'm always disappointed when it's a Tesla. They really feel like cheap plastic crap, never like the quality of Mercedes-Benz or BMW. I never drove one myself though (I don't even have a drivers license), so I can't comment on the experience of driving one, but as a passenger, they always disappoint. Is it just me?
