Speaking on BNC's Agenda Weekend, Lacson claimed that information gathered by his camp—still subject to validation—indicates Cayetano allegedly received kickbacks of no less than 25 percent from the projects. He also claimed that they have identified an alleged bagman linked to the projects, but declined to disclose the person's identity as the case is still being developed. Lacson said documentary evidence has already been gathered and that some information has been submitted to the Office of the Ombudsman.
