Today, a court stopped EPIC City’s latest attempt to organize a community.
When we uncovered legal violations by EPIC City, the developers tried to rebrand it as “The Meadow.”
At my direction, @TCEQ investigated & caught them illegally trying to take over a municipal utility district for The Meadow.
Today’s court order stops them in their tracks.

I’m co-authoring legislation to explicitly teach “diversity, equity, and inclusion” in our schools. I’ve also filed House Bill 4111 which would require school districts over a certain size to hire a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer.
