.@united - need your help here. Was flight UA2090 from SFO tonight ORD. SFO lost & found confirmed it’s not there so had to have been taken from flight once landed. I was sleeping for majority of flight so didn’t notice. What can we do?

Need Twitter’s help. I flew from San Francisco (SFO) to Chicago (O’Hare/ORD) today. On the plane I had my carry on and a personal item, which was a grey Herschel Supply Co. backpack. I was pretty far back on the plane and put it in a compartment a few rows ahead, but when I got off the plane it wasn’t there. I had a friend check lost and found at SFO and it’s not there. I also had a friend see me with the backpack getting on the plane, so what should I realistically do? It appears it was stolen from the plane. Likely mistakenly, but still. The airports just give a bunch of numbers that I can leave voicemails on and email addresses I likely will never hear back from. Any advice?
