@HM_Passport @sollitt_jessica You forgot that allow “upto” 10 weeks is the small print on your website the large bold print is the average which on your website stated 5weeks. Intresting to know how many applications you actually turn around in 5weeks??

@HM_Passport hello, can you tell me how long it takes for passport to be approved from “application being processed”?

Akshata Murty is worth £27bn and went to all that trouble to avoid £20m tax. Thats the same as having £27,000 in the bank and dodging paying 20 quid. The greed is mind boggling.

@HM_Passport as a father applying for for my daughter with the same surname, have to get approval from her mum or provide birth certificate. But my partner who has a different surname to her son doesn’t get asked for permission or to provide a birth certificate! Double standards!

@HM_Passport this is not realting to a specific case. What if on the online application an error was made completing parental details in the wrong place. Is this an easily resolved situation?

@bobby_nessa @HM_Passport @BBCWatchdog I'm currently in Sri Lanka (without a valid visa or any ID) have tried to contact the @UKinSriLanka and have had no help! Everytime I ring @HM_Passport , im on hold for over 40 min. Oh and their is HEFTY fine for not having a valid Visa, so look forward fighting that too 🙄

After a long & stressful month of contacting the @HM_Passport and getting no response throughout most of it I finally received the passport today! So much for paying for Fast Track, I call it slow track! Even though I got it I will still look for compensation #WatchOut
