Who’s building the future of semi-nomadic living? Example: I spend 2/3rds of the year domiciled at home and the remaining time split across multiple cities 2-4 weeks at a time. Many of my friends live like this too. Challenges: Finding the right home is a time-suck, cost of housing + flights, coordinating friend hangs (everyone is scattered, often out of town), etc. Note: I’ve tried home-swapping solutions. It’s not for me. They require too much coordination overhead and I prefer not to share my place with strangers.
