@DHLParcelUK yet another example of utterly disgraceful customer service from this company. Damaged parcel, clearly transit damage, photographs provided, insurance paid for and still you deny any liability whatsoever.

@DHLParcelUK What good is that going to do? I am already in touch with your claims team through my DHL account and log in! They are less than helpful and totally unresponsive. Compared with DPD you guys are a massive letdown. Sorry - but I’m so disappointed.

@DHLParcelUK it is not often that I take to Twitter, but I have had enough of this disgraceful service. You damage my parcels, I send the claim forms with evidence required and you ask for yet more evidence and refuse to process the claim unless a response is received in 3 days!

@RoyalMail Right ok. Really disappointed with all the issues I have experienced since being ‘forced’ to use the new system. Far too many issues so far!
