@GWRHelp Impossible to get to any staff as aisles are blocked by standing passengers and luggage. Plus I am nor physically well enough to go walking in search of anyone even if aisles were not blocked. Feeling very ill now

Angry & upset that I have to miss a show | really want to see because of @Ticketmaster's ticket delivery policy which is seriously discriminatory against elderly customers especially as you make it impossible to contact anyone to discuss it. A total disgrace, verging on illegal!
