What started as a good podcast ended up delivering the worst public statement I never expected to hear. In what universe or better yet, multiverse, would we ever launch stablecoins first on Sui and only later plan for a MultiversX rollout? The entire ecosystem died from sustained selling pressure and all the acquisitions over the years. Now, instead of launching as per the whitepaper on all chains at the same time, or at least on Sui and MultiversX from day zero, I hear it is launching on Sui with plans for MultiversX after (after when? next day, next month, end of the year?) Dare to comment, Mr. investor/strategist/friend/majority owner @beniaminmincu, on what planet this helps this ecosystem gain visibility or, better yet, increase trust that we are not sold out to Sui? I tend to remember a majority owner usually can decide in his own benefit (of the MultiversX interest). I also hear words about how DeFi will be integrated and that they are working on it. Let me guess: most probably on Sui too, since I am not aware of any request to work with MultiversX protocols on such integrations or plans (and I am sure they have my contact as well as others). If all that is true, I can announce from now that @truststaking / @XoxnoNetwork and myself included will shut down everything the next day this execution and full promotion of xMoney stables will happen first on Sui and not on both chains and I am sure that will also be the moment the leftover hardcore community people will move (probably to Sui or leave crypto altogether). I just want to recalibrate the hopium a bit before it gets out of hand :) When we said SUPERNOVA before Christmas, it means: 1) The architecture is done, code freeze (no more features, just bug fixing) 2) The new engine (Supernova) had its first consensus flow running to achieve the current latency = the demo we had a few days ago 3) Preparation starts for Battle of Nodes, where devs/users/validators will join the network to stress test it 4) The epoch change between Mainnet and Supernova has been simulated to seamlessly switch without downtime from the old engine to the new one mid-flight. What it doesn't mean: 1) Supernova will not be live on mainnet during Christmas Before going live, there is also a governance proposal that must be passed where everyone agrees to deploy the new engine (snapshots will be taken, and the process will take a week or two). Besides governance, there will be a few weeks of reviews/security checks by an external company (I doubt anything will be found, but it's still good practice). My estimation and a realistic scenario is that mainnet Supernova should be done around the end of January for the best, safest release + no need to rush it in a dead market anyway.

The good, the bad, and the brutal from today’s mega crash 🧵 1️⃣ Infrastructure held strong. @MultiversX chain performed flawlessly, shard 1 had full blocks and gas prices climbed fast “thanks” to bot activity. XOXNO automatically increased gas on all UI transactions, so over 90% of user transactions cleared quickly without getting stuck. 2️⃣ xLend’s oracle system was rock solid. Off-chain feeds kept updating every second, even during the $3 flash crash. The deviation checks against @xExchangeApp worked perfectly, stopping fake $3 liquidations. Real liquidation prices kicked in around $9, saving users and the protocol from massive bad debt. Now the bad part. $EGLD still dropped 35–40% even after recovery, wiping out many positions. Some bad debts hit $300–700, partially socialized and partially covered by protocol revenue. Final numbers will settle once all liquidations complete in the morning or when they become profitable again OR market recovers more for $EGLD and they are not needed anymore. On top of that, XOXNO experienced a wave of DDoS-style traffic from bots hammering our APIs and UI to fetch liquidation info instead of computing it themselves, hurting actual users trying to liquidate from UI. It caused short moments of lag but was resolved after blocking the worst spammers and adding more aggressive rate limits. And the ugly truth Low liquidity made liquidations inefficient. Price impact was heavy, arbitrage bots were asleep, and CEX markets froze for a while. That left LSD pools and on-chain pegs out of sync, with no quick arbitrage to rebalance. Takeaway: Infrastructure and risk design worked up to the brutal unstoppable dump that by design put everything in bad position no time to intervene before 🥲 Liquidity didn’t hold up to streamline the liquidations opportunities —————- Time for a nap, brutal times + post covid sickness requires fresh energy 🫡

I’m sorry but every other form factor besides humanoids will be crushed 🦾🤖🦾 I keep hearing people starting specialized robotics companies, “like robots for laundry”. And the pitch is: “you don’t need a humanoid form factor to do laundry, it can be much simpler”. That’s true. But, humanoids can do everything and will become the default form factor and so will be mass manufactured and so will be extremely cheap compared to lower volume robots. Its so obvious, it will be humanoids doing laundry, not a specialized laundry robot 🤦‍♂️ The one main exception to that might be line work in a factory where you do just need the arms and you can mass manufacture them (a al @proceptionAI)
