I stepped onto the boditrax at the gym today to see what damage #longcovid has done to some of my metrics and was pleasantly surprised. I’ve lost 6KG, have the metabolism of someone 14yrs younger and now have much better BMI, visceral fat and muscle to fat ratio readings. WTF!

Joined @DavidLloydUK on 14th July and it has really motivated me being in a great atmosphere which is not “just a gym”- I love the @boditrax machine, and in 12 days (when I measured) I can already see the benefit to my body
