Based on what happened today, Nearly is a complete fraud going 9 panels or more, unless we hear something otherwise. He was awful based on the slow pace, etc... I stated after he won the Holy Bull that he's distance compromised, and was told I was crazy when stating he was a Pat Day Mile horse. @hhhracingpod @KentuckyDerby @OaklawnRacing Paladin would have had to improve tremendously in the Blue Grass to be at Renegade’s level. He had a better shot of completing the Tri, than winning the Derby. Future bets rarely pan out. They are longshots for a reason. Don’t sweat it.

Watching Renegade run off the screen today makes my Future Bet on Paladin even that more painful. Who knows what would have happened in the @KentuckyDerby, but those form lines sure fit. @OaklawnRacing
