Neo dominates in Blender GPU ray-tracing test. Apple's GPU architecture is super nice. Unfortunately the 8GB RAM is a big bottleneck for makes. 8GB vs 16GB MacBook Air comparison shows ~20%-50% perf hit on previous gen console games. And 8GB isn't enough to start all new games.

@carygolomb Why limit it to just a launcher, project Amethyst could be a pathway for PlayStation approved hardware too, also providing a dedicated gaming OS on PC would spice things up too

Big shift in messaging at Xbox...
Xbox is telling fans "the future starts now."
Its GDC message, “build for what’s next,” hints at a bigger push toward next‑gen tools, tech, and strategy.
Whatever Xbox is preparing to show, it wants players to know the next era is officially underway, and the old "This is an Xbox" one is ending.

Helldivers 2 wouldn’t be anything if it was for PC gaming
But yeah let’s cut off that marketplace and try to force people to buy our box with barely any games on it. One of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen

What would that mean for future releases of CoD, Doom, Elder Scrolls, Fallout, etc.
It feels a bit regressive imo and I’m not sure people would be happy when they realize the ip Xbox could just remove from PlayStation.

Sony might be going back to "Only on PlayStation" Jason Schreier says his comments on Sony pulling back from PC isn't speculation and that he is working on a report that will reveal more information. NateTheHate also backed this up shortly after staying their strategy is absolutely changing. John Linneman also pointed out Sony removed "beyond the console" from their strategically emphasized indicators recently. This comes not too long after God of War Sons of Sparta, a game many expected to be on PC, only released on PS5.

Yes, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has gotten indefensibly expensive.
That said, if you sub on March 3 to the Premium ($15) tier, you'd likely get your money's worth for at least 1 month, as The Witcher 3 AND Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 hit the Premium tier: ign.com/articles/micro…

It makes no sense in my head. We support the club, not the nationalities of its players. If Pat is sold in the summer and we reinvest in a replacement, what do we do then? All go out and get a flag from where they are from?

Lots of things I don’t understand with modern football; filming yourself celebrating, taking photos during the play etc but also this one…waking up one morning and thinking ‘I know, I’ll order an American flag and take that with me’. Who even does that? And why? #dcfc #dcfcfans
