This might surprise younger people but in the ‘90s most of us knew how to read & were culturally literate. You could mention King Arthur or Citizen Kane and everyone knew what you meant. We were capable of writing essays. We had educational TV. We have lost so much, so quickly.

Not sure if you've ever heard of this (I hadn't), but just download a Chrome extension called DeArrow that removes all YouTube thumbnails/titles and replaces them with accurate crowd-sourced titles.
This is amazing, and it makes me so happy. I HATE YouTube thumbnails and titles.

To recycle a previous idea:
X needs a "Mutual Destruction" button. There's people on here that I want to unfollow but I don't because I don't want to hurt their feelings.
If I knew they didn't like me, we could both unfollow, and nobody has to feel like they are being mean.

Fitness question for anyone:
I am currently ~ -619 per day calorie deficit while lifting 3X per week, ~45 min per session. I am consuming around 160g protein per day.
The goal is recomp.
I don't feel hungry, and I don't feel exhausted, but is that cut hurting my gains?
