I've been lifting for 43 years and never warmed up over 10 minutes. 1 body part a day for 4 days and 2 off days. I do cardio by playing pickleball 4 times a week for 1 1/2 hours. 45 minute warmup is a waste

@bonesmashh @lockerroomangel @cares_who6h That amount of warming up has nothing to do with whether someone is fat or not as fat is calories in versus calories out.
You're just wasting time warming up that much it's not necessary.
Also stretching prior to lifting weights makes you weaker due to micro tears in muscles.
