When it later became clear that he could not, by definition, have had firsthand knowledge because he never even heard the call, Atkinson should have immediately dismissed the complaint. Instead, he secretly changed the form that required firsthand knowledge and backdated the change. Unbelievable levels of corruption here, all leading to the third impeachment in American history.
