I'm ready to fund @FEMA, @TSA, and @USCG, but I refuse to provide another dime to ICE until the admin makes commonsense reforms.
That's why I signed @RosaDelauro's petition to force a vote to pay Virginia's federal workers without signing a blank check for ICE.

If Republicans know negotiations remain ongoing and if they truly cared about shutdown impacts, they’d move with Democrats to fund FEMA, TSA, cybersecurity, Secret Service & Coast Guard. My bill does that while keeping ICE & CBP negotiations separate.

This multi-year funding (available over roughly four years, extending potentially through 2029) is in addition to ICE's standard annual base budget of around $10 billion.
