@PeterTatchell Asexuals just do not want to have sex. They experience no sexual feelings. Same with aromantics. Why don't people mind their own business? Why don't they let people be? Why do men always find excuses to rape? Why do pervs always want to perv?

UN Special Rapporteur Cultural Rights
In Comm OTH55/2026 published today, UN Special Procedures say loudly to the @ioc that the new blanket exclusion of intersex and female trans athletes from the Olympic and the invasive relevant tests are against current human rights standards; and ask about the process of adoption

I hope when common sense eventually returns, women under the tutelage of groomer JKRowling, with their candy phrases "throw women under the bus" to excuse their own bigotry and hate, these women who mock different sort of women will answer to the law @sharrond62

@sharrond62 hope when common sense eventually returns, all the coaches & officials who threw female athletes under the woke bus to protect their jobs… lose them for not having the most basic academic skill of knowing the difference between a male & female sports performance.

@MibshaD If the sole purpopse of having a child is to have someone wipe your ass when you're older then you lost the meaning of life.

Y’all love asking childless women “who’s gonna take care of you when you’re older?”. As if nursing homes aren’t already full of people who had children.

@akuareindorf @AlexXanthaki Would it help you @AlexXanthaki to think simply in terms of male & female? Immutable categories, unaffected by gender identities (& other beliefs). Your report acknowledges this. However, it muddies issues around DSDs & misrepresents the nature of the screening & testing

@Miroandrej @AlexXanthaki Why is a man obsessed with women who have DSDs? What did they do to you? Why do you want to incite harassment? Why are you gagging to be sued? Fuck off and mind your own business you sweaty little man.

Yes, read it. But you succumb to the fallacy of division. If something is true for the whole (e.g. the deprivation of most or all of the rights that form cultural life is a human rights violation) it doesn't mean that it is true for singular elements. It doesn't transform the right to sport into a 'human right'. But let us assume, for the sake of argument, that participation in sport were a human right. What would follow from it for trans women and athletes with male DSDs? Nothing, because they do not have the (human) right to compete in the female category. All they would have is a (human) right to participate in sport. But they do have that right anyway - they can play sport, but not in the female category. We do not have to invent the notion of ‘sport as a human right’. They wish to compete in the female category, thinking that the fairy godmother of human rights law will make all their wishes come true - but they are mistaken. Males do not have a 'human right' to compete in the female category - that's the gist of the new IOC policy. There has been a proliferation of new human rights for decades and Milan Kundera has diagnosed the underlying misapprehension in this trend: 'not every desire is a human right.' I have noted 2023 that the UN Raporteurs don't understand sport nor human rights: idrottsforum.org/feature-imbris… Jon Pike (@runthinkwrite) and I have defended the new IOC policy against the common objections here: philosophersmag.com/the-ethics-of-… And a group of scholars have done this in more detail here: idrottsforum.org/imbrisevicetal… I also recommend: tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10…

@AlexXanthaki Yes of course they're men. They're male adults. I don't use "man" & "woman" to refer to the indefinable concept of "gender identity". It has nothing to do with sport, for starters. And I reject "gender", which is just sex-based behaviour/presentation stereotypes. It's harmful.

Patriarchy has been a lived reality for millennia. Men enforced it originally through physical strength. Women’s reproductive capabilities have rendered them physically and socially vulnerable, due to the once inescapable necessity of birthing and protecting young. Only a very naive, very young man, oblivious to the realities of adult sexual politics and the biological basis for women’s historic oppression, would be so laughably ignorant as to type out those words. I suspect - and, frankly, hope - you’re no older than seventeen.

Your apology for labelling women-only rape support centre Beira's Place 'anti-rights' is a nice birthday present, @AmnestyUK. Cheers. And congratulations to all the other women's and LGB organisations Amnesty acknowledges having wrongly smeared as 'anti-rights'.

As it’s my birthday, I’ve taken it easy today: only three penises and just the two vulvas. Apologies to those waiting. Normal service will resume tomorrow. No need to keep everything exposed while queuing.

@thomasmorr76510 @Jade2000cute You actually believe @jk_rowling cares about rape victims? If there was a trans rape victim she'd come on here and laugh about it, and you'd egg her on. She made fun of a caller to the centre and tweeted about it. Who is the sick person?

Rupert Grint publicly voiced his support for the transgender community in 2020 following comments made by JK Rowling. In a statement to The Times, the ‘Harry Potter’ star said: “I firmly stand with the trans community and echo the sentiments expressed by many of my peers. Trans women are women. Trans men are men.” He concluded: “We should all be entitled to live with love and without judgment.” 📷 Getty
