@KateAltonWrites I have HORRIBLE insomnia. Some tricks and tips that work for me:
1. Only use bedroom for sleeping
2. Increase magnesium
3. Listen to an audible book and have a sound machine
4. Weighted blanket. Can’t stress this enough.
5. Sandalwood, rose & Vetiver oils in a roller.

@KateAltonWrites Say it louder for the people in the back!! I keep a list of all the books I am reading this year. I’m counting audible books too! (I’m at 39 novels so far.) I read to keep my sanity.

If someone posts that audiobooks count as reading, and you, as an author post this, just know I will never read anything you write! I have hearing issues and can't even use audiobooks, but I produced 2 of them to help make them accessible to my readers!!!
