Pretty confident in what I have here besides the Bhatia and English placements. I didn’t like seeing Bhatia shit himself in India last week with his last event before The Masters. He’s been in solid form all year so it could have been a rare bad showing from him. I wish I got on the Cam train earlier like a bunch of other people but still great prices with what I have vs wha I think he closes at.
I wish I was able to snag some Bryson earlier in the year at better numbers as I really like where his game trending heading into Augusta. I think he’s gonna be the one who puts on the green jacket this year if he can control the distance with his irons over the weekend. He has struggled a lot in the past when the course firms up on Saturday and Sunday but I think he has the course figured out now.
I’m very bearish on Scottie, Rory, and Collin at the moment. Scottie’s super power has seemed to go away this year with the irons. His approach numbers are the worst it’s been in years. Plus, the baby and not playing for a month. I don’t think he wins.
I’m bearish on Rory and Collin coming back from the injuries and not playing for over a month as well. Both guys were trending very well heading into Augusta until injuries sidelined them - Collin especially. But - Augusta is the most predictive tournament by far and it’s very important to be in peak form heading in.
Here is the bubble of guys that I think the winner will come from - Bryson, Cam, Fitz, Rose, Rahm, Xander, Aberg, Reed, and Adam Scott. I’m pretty confident it will be one of these 9 guys.
