Dear @BootsUK - customer services team say that you cannot track a Boots redemption made in the last 2 years, but more than 50 transactions ago. Do you intentionally go out of your way to be unhelpful? I have a Phillips toothbrush, which surprise surprise has broken in < 2 years.

@BootsUK That is rather inconvenient having to switch platforms. Tell me, is it standard practice for boots to have their agents send intimidating emails regarding alleged overpayments, to 16 year olds who worked for you in the few weeks run up to xmas? Or have you just singled her out?
