@BootsUK did an order that I didn’t collect from store in time. Still haven’t been refunded. This was now approx 8 weeks ago. Have emailed customer care already. Any advice?
@sainsburys@nectar I have just been notified 6500 points have been spent in Darlington today and both 3 and 7 points gained at Darlington and Lower Clapton Road. Neither of these were me.
How do I get my points back?!
@SkyHelpTeam our box has turned itself off 3 times this evening - green light remains on the box but only way to turn it back on is to switch off at the plug and on again. Internet seems unaffected. Any idea?

@marksandspencer bought these yesterday at M&S Enfield Town. No receipt as went through self service till but scanned my sparks card. They were out of doubt four days before I bought them - didn’t realise until I wrapped them last night. What should I do?

@Dominos_UK we’ve been waiting nearly an hour for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered in 30-35 minutes. Not acceptable. Hungry children are not happy!
