What’s actually a good salary in the UK anymore? I’m 23 on roughly £50,000 and it doesn’t feel like enough. Am I right or am I just unrealistic?

@MsDanielleW @chase_uk No they have been by far the worst bank for this. Their SLA is maybe 12 weeks? This has happened before to me with other banks and they sorted the issue in a day maybe 2 max.

@chase_uk @ChaseSupportUK I’ve been informed that an SAR/AML internal review is being conducted on my account. No update has been given on timing or progress. There was also no grounds for it either. I’ve filed a complaint, please get back to me. This is my main bank account.

@BootsUK had to wait over half an hour to see an optician on Monday. I had to leave because it was taking so long. No queue or anything, he just didn’t show up. I complained but nobody ever got back to me. I took some time off from work for that.

@ChaseSupportUK I wasn’t told that though. And nobody has given me any update or giving me a straight answer. I’ve filed a complaint already, since my credit cards need to be paid from this account along with other standing orders, I’m going to be charged fees.

@chase_uk you’ve locked me out of my account for no reason. It’s been 2 weeks. I’ve been with the bank for 5 years and it’s my main one; all my payments, standing orders and DDs to credit cards go out of there and I can’t see anything or if anything is being paid.
