@itsbalsamicvin @BootsUK This has happened to so many people. I bet it's the people at the warehouse, they take the items, put it down on the system that they packed an item and send empty boxes. Boots is useless, they refuse missing item claims and never actually investigate. No cctv in the warehouses

Ordered an Oura ring from @BootsUK which was sent without the ring! Asked for a refund or a replacement and it was rejected - sent all the proof I have empty box- proof I contacted Oura even the messages I sent my friends! Nearly 2 weeks since I ordered it with no update!!!!!!
