@lexapro_mg Pls be careful with using menstrual products as a bandage.. they’re fine(still not ideal) in a pinch/emergency but they have chemicals and heavy metals that can be harmful to open wounds ❤️🩹

My condolences man I know how hard it hits losing babies; in my whole life ive had so many- they dont live long enough and they always get so sick as they get old its absolutely heart wrenching 😕 its been probably atleast 6 years since my last boy passed and I swore id never have another mischief; but I also am open if the ratty gods drop one on me but im not looking

@neocollector Thats understandable! Its a very long and tedious process, just be aware.. they need to rule out any other possible disorders, overlapping issues, neurological issues, if symptoms are only episodic or consistent, etc etc..

@not_fully_here_ Stay hydrated! Alc dehydrates you a lot, you lose a lot of electrolytes, and its common to get headaches. Drink plenty of water, sports drinks with electrolytes will help too! Hydration and electrolytes are key to preventing a hangover!!
