@dlLambo According to our glorious legal system, the army should have politely asked them to stop their shenanigans and accompany them to the police station.

Independent (Govt) TD @BarryHeneghan2 is here in the @TortoiseShack to talk about the confidence vote and government stability. Whatever stability means is up for debate, clearly. Still, I’m glad to have the debate.

@js_citizen @MichaelMcI92861 Next phase? I’m going to assume you mean our current progress at achieving unity via peace. If you mean otherwise please leave my page.

@borderofmordor @MichaelMcI92861 Sure, but apparently Kelly was friendly with them despite his disagreements, so it may be likely. No lessons learned if we don’t figure out what happened and why. The success of the next phase of the struggle will depend upon how much we learned from the failures of the past.

Oglach James ‘Jim’ Lynagh. The greatest of them all. An Irish patriot who fought and died for his country. Murdered by the crown forces in Loughgall. His loss along with the great Seamus McElwaine marked the beginning of the end of serious independent activity outside HQ.

This is pure discrimination The travelling community is a protected group in this country and rhetoric like this is unacceptable and bigoted

@js_citizen @MichaelMcI92861 HQ weren’t in the loop much on activities outside Belfast. It’s best not to speculate. Will do and has done no good.

The Cabinet was told this week that the cost of gas could be 30% higher by June and a barrel of oil could be trading as high as €150 a barrel at that point if the Strait of Hormuz is still blocked.

Where is Independent Ireland TD Ken O'Flynn (below) going on his summer holliers this year? Space maybe, €500,000 for a 1-hour flight. FF junior minister Niall Collins and RTE appearing mighty keen on the airwaves this morning to fund it for you. Collins made defamatory statements about Independent Ireland TDs, though he appears to claim that his defence would be, the remarks are true. In fairness, RTE have made an effort to distance themselves from the comments, but probably not distance enough. RTE has published the programme on its website, but only 1 hr 24 mins of what is a 2-hr prog, and hasn't published the 'Gathering' segment in which Collins made his remarks. Will ye send us a pic, Ken? 🚀

Great work by Aengus on this bill!
Sinn Féin@sinnfeinireland

Well worth a listen to @aosnodaigh speech on his Bill to disregard historic convictions for consensual same sex activity. For too long, people in this State were forced to leave out of fear of prosecution, scandal, and losing their livelihoods. Those who stayed often faced persecution, prosecution, and deep marginalisation. This is a straightforward piece of legislation. It can and should be done quickly.

Mark Carruthers is on the move. He isn’t transferring to a rival broadcaster, but the BBC NI flagship prog he hosts is shifting up a gear. Sunday Politics has a new look & a new home. MPs & MLAs will now be held to account in this big, bright, bold studio. belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/politics/…

This should say *39th anniversary. Seems I have attracted all the misguided amadan’s of Twitter whos ‘culture’ revolves around stealing and burning pallets once a year and getting pished on 1 pound bottles of cider. Don’t worry a chairde, we republicans will have the last laugh.
SeanSouth@borderofmordor

In just under 3 weeks time, we will bear witness to the 29th anniversary of our Loughgall Martyrs. Of these 8 men, it was a man of Monaghan the crown forces feared the most. The Brits would never let him live. We owe these men a great debt. Never forget them.

Prepare yourself for a full on assault from the NGOs and open borders people on even the limpest controls if Connolly refers this to the Supreme Court. Opponents of mass immigration must be prepared to turn this into a no holds barred public debate if this does happen.
gript@griptmedia

MATT TREACY: President Connolly is considering referring the International Protection Bill to the Supreme Court. The Bill gives effect to the EU Migration and Asylum Pact, due to take effect June 12. A referral puts that deadline in jeopardy. gript.ie/president-move…
