And I already know that’s going to turn away a lot of listeners who don’t want me to “break the fantasy.” But at the end of the day, my main goal is to help people (and myself) navigate what intimacy looks like. What vulnerability looks like. What all the “dark” and messy and extreme kinks look like. And what all of these look like in healthy relationship. A relationship or dynamic with safety and communication in mind. (But yes, I may lean into the darker and taboo side of things from time to time and leave them as that. Because I also have dark and extreme kinks and interests and sometimes I do just want to stay in the fantasy.) Anyway, how is your day going?

This SI would open the door to the NHS paying higher drug prices under the deal. The Government should pause and make space for proper scrutiny of these changes. Our NHS, and our lives, depend on it.
