We've drawn / lost some games this season after being the better team. Today wasn't one of those days. We were AWFUL. Actions that interrupt or target religious services can fall under that statute, which is why Don Lemon’s situation is being discussed in legal terms. Nick Shirley’s actions, whatever one thinks of them ethically or politically, did not involve disrupting a religious service, and he left without incident. That means the legal framework is different. Because the settings, actions, and applicable laws are not the same, the comparison doesn’t fully hold up. Describing this as “authoritarianism” overlooks those distinctions.

@thorku No. He was a “playoff rookie” last year and struggled in big games, he learned from those experiences and here we are…they and a lot of other people (including a QB whisperer) were completely wrong about the QB’s we had last year and it set the franchise back YEARS. Sad really.

I was wrong about Sam Darnold. In my defense, so were the Vikings. It feels telling that Darnold is going to the Super Bowl in Year 1 with McDonald/Seahawks when he didn’t come close to getting out of R1 with KOC/Vikings last year. Vikings’ issues extend beyond the QB position
