Said “I’m glad you’re here.” Sometimes surviving isn’t about medicine. It’s about a stranger who sees you breaking. And says keep going. I’m watching. You matter.

My husband and I were at a diner. Late night. After his chemo. He can barely eat. Everything tastes like metal. Nausea constant. Ordered soup. Took two bites. Couldn’t do it. Started crying. Said “I’m so tired of being sick. Of fighting.” Waitress came over. Older woman. Saw him. Saw me. Sat down. Said “I had cancer. Five years ago. I remember. When food betrayed you. When your body wasn’t yours anymore. But you’re here. Eating soup. Trying. That’s fighting.” Held my husband’s hand.

Cancer patients, doctors and especially oncologists listen up! If you have received (or are prescribing) frequent MRIs or CT scans with contrast, you need to be aware that often times this contrast NEVER leaves your body. For example, this is a now 59-year-old female with a history of cancer that underwent chemotherapy and had multiple imaging studies with contrast. Gadolinium is used for contrast with MRIs and CT scans. Barium is used for contrast with abdominal and G.I. studies. On the left, you will see the amount of heavy metals in her body from 2024 (pre removal), including the following: Gadolinium - 200x normal ‼️ Palladium - 90x normal 😳 Lead - 20x normal Barium - 11x normal After completing several rounds of IV therapy called chelation, which binds to heavy metals in the body and are removed via the kidney, after two years (2026). These are her new levels: Gadolinium - 200x ➡️ 7x 👀👏🏼 Palladium - 90x ➡️ 8x Lead - 20x ➡️ 4x Barium - 11x ➡️ 1.8x All SIGNIFICANTLY better, but we still have work to do. If you have received several IV (or oral) contrasts for imaging studies, there is a VERY good chance that heavy metal is stuck in your body causing issues. There’s not many providers throughout the United States that do this type of testing, i happen to be one of them. This specific type of test is called a Doctor’s Data pre-and post provocation, costs about $500, often this is completed with two different compounds: DMPS (for mercury and arsenic) and EDTA (for all other heavy metals). Share this with someone you know that may be impacted by this.

Under Lindsey Graham’s watch, the famous Christian cathedral Hagia Sophia, was turned over to the Muslims in the year 2020 on behalf of the United Nations. Instead of fighting against the handover of the Hagia Sophia to the Muslims, Lindsey Graham was silent. He didn’t even threaten the United Nations or use any of his political power against Turkey to stop the theft! Turning the Hagia Sophia into a mosque has been one of the greatest injustices in Christian history. The cathedral belongs to Christians and will be returned, under my watch, to the Christians under the ownership of the Greek Orthodox Church. The United States imported $17.52 billion worth of goods from Turkey in 2025. As soon as I become South Carolina’s new U.S. Senator, I will introduce legislation that will ban all imports from Turkey until the Hagia Sophia is returned to Christians. The bill I will introduce will be titled The Return the Hagia Sophia to the Church Act. I will invite all Christian clergy (Orthodox, Catholic, and Protestant) to the U.S. Capitol the day of the bill’s introduction to pressure Congress to pass the bill so that all imports from Turkey (over $17 billion annually) will be banned until ownership of the Hagia Sophia is given to the Greek Orthodox Church. When I am in the U.S. Senate I will fight to stop the takeover of Christian churches by Islam, especially in the United States.

NEW: Rep. Anna Paulina Luna calls for the pardon of the special forces soldier who made $400,000 betting on the capture of Maduro. “Unless the DOJ plans on going after all the crooks in congress currently insider trading, this is simply skewed justice.” “There is no "justice" when guys like this get the book thrown at him yet members are illegally profiting every day…” Spot on.
Collin Rugg@CollinRugg

BREAKING: The DOJ has arrested a special forces soldier who made $400,000 betting on the removal of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, according to ABC. Federal investigators say the soldier bet more than $33,000 just hours before Trump announced Maduro's capture. The special forces soldier was reportedly directly involved with the capture. "The largest position -- a $32,537 bet that Maduro would be out of office by Jan. 31 -- resulted in a 1,242% profit of $404,222," ABC News reported. "Following his successful trading relating to Maduro- and Venezuela-related contracts, [Gannon Ken] VAN DYKE allegedly sent most of his proceeds to a foreign cryptocurrency vault before depositing them into a newly created online brokerage account. The same day of the operation, VAN DYKE withdrew the majority of his allegedly unlawful proceeds from his Polymarket account..." the DOJ announced. "VAN DYKE, 38, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, is charged with three counts of violating the Commodity Exchange Act, each of which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison; one count of wire fraud, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison; and one count of an unlawful monetary transaction, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison."

"After the Rangers game, our worst nightmare happened: the elevator to Penn Station wasn’t working. For most people, that’s an inconvenience. For us, it meant we were completely stuck. My son Chris is in a 350 lb wheelchair. Without an elevator, there was no way down. No backup plan. No easy solution. Just a crowded, overwhelming situation with no clear way forward. We stood there, unsure of what to do next. And then we met Officer Mears. And everything changed. He didn’t just point us in a direction or give us instructions. He didn’t rush us or treat us like just another situation to manage. He stepped in fully. He personally walked with us—block after block—searching until we finally found a working elevator inside Kmart. He stayed with us the entire time, making sure we were okay, never once making us feel like a burden. But he didn’t stop there. He escorted us all the way to the LIRR, went ahead to find out our track before the rush of commuters even knew, brought us down safely, and set up the ramp so Chris could board the train without being overwhelmed by the crowd. He thought of everything. Every step of the way, he made sure my son was safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity. Along the way, he shared that he had worked with people with disabilities for six years before becoming a police officer. And you could feel it. His patience. His awareness. His kindness. It wasn’t just training—it was heart. In a moment that felt stressful and overwhelming, he gave us calm. He gave us help. He gave us reassurance that we weren’t alone. That night, he didn’t just help us get to a train. He moved a mountain. Officer Mears—thank you for seeing us, for walking beside us when we needed it most, and for showing what true compassion looks like in action. You reminded us that even in difficult moments, there are still people out there who care deeply… and that makes all the difference." Credit: Monica Ward Scharrer
