When you reach my age (54) the divergence between those who’ve mostly done the right things and those who haven’t becomes alarmingly clear. The former are thriving, while many of the latter are on death’s doorstep—or already gone.
None of us will escape death, but why rush toward it?
In a very real sense, the small, seemingly insignificant choices we make every day *are* life or death. Each one either improves your life (and lifespan) or makes it worse.
