@breathe_happy_ Singing for breathing groups could be run easily in primary care, have many of the same positives outcomes as PR and have higher retention rates than PR in our experience. They can also be run 'live' or on teams and count as #socialprescribing 😊

For goodness sake - patients still struggling with ridiculously crap access to #pulmonaryrehab. No wonder referrers are turning to more accessible options! They are aware of PR - it’s in quoff- but commuting to a prog x2 weekly is impossible for many pts.

@breathe_happy_ We;ll done. Our local town hasn't PR any more. People have to travel about 10 miles. There are buses but with a walk at both ends of the journey it's off putting to anyone without a car.
