@FirstIpswich Any idea what's happened to the 77 service, 7.28am from Tacon rd? It was showing on the app and then just like magic it disappeared into thin air? 10 very frustrated passengers just at this one stop.

@FirstIpswich So the first service of the day didn't run, 7.28am from Tacon Road. I let my manager know that's why I was late AGAIN!!! Sure my work thinks I make this stuff up, as its every week. NOT GOOD ENOUGH for a public service.

@FirstIpswich No 77 again !!! From Felixstowe to Ipswich. There are an awful lot of unhappy people at the bus stop this morning. It's getting beyond a joke now. Every week, this sevice is not running at some point. Now I'm going to be late for work.

@FirstIpswich is the 77 from Ipswich to Felixstowe running? I am currently waiting at St augustines church stop for the 3.59

@FirstIpswich @EmilyOldham19 You say you're a public bus service, but it's every week now that this service doesn't run 3 or 4 times a week. No communication whats so ever on here or the app. How am I supposed to get to work ? And before you ask I haven't been able to board anything !!

@FirstIpswich are there no buses running from Felixstowe to Ipswich today? This isn't acceptable as I'm getting into trouble at work for bad time keeping. I was waiting on langer Rd for 7.27am from languard, the number 77. Can also see issues with 75 and the x7.

@FirstIpswich Well surely you must have known way before the bus was due to leave Ipswich? Could you not have let people know via the app? It's getting beyond a joke, the trains run better than your service, and that's saying something!!

@FirstIpswich, so here we go again, Monday morning and no 77 from langer Road at 7.27am. Counted 12 people just at this one stop, all having to make other arrangements because YOU can't provide a public bus service efficiently.

Could you at least not update the app with delays or no services?

@FirstIpswich @adygooch Took me nearly 2hrs to get home tonight, nothing on social media to say they were 2 buses down, the bus driver told me. Absolutely shocking public bus service. This is the worst I have known it.

@FirstIpswich been waiting since 3:20 for the 3:31pm at Rivers street, it's now 3:46 and still no bus, appalling service. Didn't read on X it's not running.
