Dear @OPay_NG ... greetings to you. One of the many reasons why you guys were able to penetrate into the Nigerian market very fast is cos of ur very fast transaction notification. (Emphasis on very fast). I remember my friend who introduced me to Opay said "if u are just thinking about sending money to someone who has an Opay account, the person would've received the transaction notification". That's how fast. In recent time, I and so many other Nigerians have noticed that the notifications aren't even half as fast as it used to be..sometimes, it takes up to 20-30mins before u get a transaction notification. We would really appreciate if this complain is being worked on. All the best.
