@MichaelJordaan I try to do a 72hour fast once a month. What works for me. Intermitted fasting the week before. Body gets used to eating less. Stay busy. If you sit still you have time to think about being hungry. I drink a lot of water during the day. I start Tuesday morning to Friday morning
