@herohealth while Hero has been great for my mom to stay on track with her meds, it failed last night when dispensing one of her most important meds. Told us she was out. Never gave us a low warning and she is completely out. Fail. Sad.

@bottrv Hero is not intended to be used with medications that have a narrow therapeutic window, or that are used to treat acute conditions or life-threatening events. For your safety, your medication can always be manually accessed using the Pill access key.

@herohealth it seems you're experiencing an app outage right now. Would be nice to get updates on status through social media

@herohealth Need to have more than 1 caregiver on app. Only having 1 person able to make changes doesn't work when that 1 person is not available.

@Wegmans Would love to see EV chargers at the stores. Lots of other grocery stores have them around the country. Hoping @Wegmans will step up and be the local leader in EV chargers. EV's are growing locally and charging stations are falling behind.

@elonmusk It would be great for FSD owners to be able to transfer our FSD purchase to a new refreshed model vs needing to purchase it again. $10k to repurchase it is not attractive.
