@codycandee Hello Cody. I am now experiencing the worst day in LV because of your app, #Bounce . Your partner 8-Ball Bail Bonds left ourselves locked out of the store and not returning our belongings. We were left freezing outside for 2hrs to end up not getting our stuff back.

Porch Pirates cases had increased for us in 2023.
We used to have 30-35 reported cases of delivered parcels stolen from the porch per year. Last year we dealt with 171 of such case. Has any other retailer experienced the same? How are you solving for this problem?
Sign on delivery is quite expensive and that make the whole experience complicated if someone is not at home.

How to FAIL at emailing your users about changes in your T&Cs:
1) Send users emails to pretend you care.
2) Never tell them the bottom line (like, we increased/reduced claim review time to X days, we're going to share your data with new processor Y and going to use it for the new purpose Z).
3) Tell users to go f. themselves (i.e. read the website).
