@OctopusEV Vehicle with dealer for 3 days already. Likely will not be back for some time. No prodsect of a hire/replacement vehicle after 3 days. No one seems to think that is an issue

@OctopusEV I am now out of pocket £220 for train tickets and hotel in London so I can make my flight out of heathrow on Sunday. This is directly because I hsve no replacement vehicle. I have been yold I am only entitled to £30 uber credit. I live in rural Lincolnshire there is no uber!

@OctopusEV So my Omoda E5 lease, 13 months old, has major problems. Been with the dealer since Wed. Has battery problems that need manufacturer advice and likely parts to fix. Dealer says it will be several days or maybe weeks to repair if parts are required.
