@OctopusEV your maintenance is pathetic. Two hours into an appointment to get a tyre changed and on the phone still for 30 mins to get an authorisation. Your customer service absolutely sucks never leading a car from you again. The tyre has been of my car for two hours ffs

@OctopusEV just got a new car through you, but your customer services and driveline are always busy, so far 10minute wait despite a message saying your call will be answered in under a minute!! After the trendy emails service is very very poor.
