@OctopusEV Not sure I'd use you again, car delivery has faced constant delays with minimal communication and nobody ever available to answer a phone. Poor exprience so far and I haven't even received the car yet.

Ok, I've had enough @BMW @BMW_UK @OctopusEV your apps don't work and certainly don't work together. News publishing soon in national press if you can't be bothered to try and sort the issues out and stop passing the buck. I'm so frustrated that I'm even giving you the heads up. I just want to charge my car when I want to without it being so damn complicated.

@canido_steve @g__j Hey Steve, We order vehicles from the factory directly, via our extensive dealer network.  If a dealership can supply you with a car, when the factory order books have closed, it means that the vehicle is either already pre built or its a stock vehicle.

Husband’s salary sacrifice car: 1 month delay, 2 cancelled windscreen appointments. Now MOT expired, car not roadworthy, no courtesy car. £60/day doesn’t cover costs. How is this “kept mobile”? @OctopusEV Very poor customer service
