@masatoalexander I used this word, because you used it in your post. I do not know you personally, but as mentioned hate is not really something that solves a problem. I think you mean a specific kind of people that lack responsibility. But by bashing a whole group of people you fail as well

maybe because i was trained as an architect, but seems obvious to me that if people are harmed by my professional decisions i should face consequences for those actions.

architects, doctors, engineers (the structural kind) carry personal liability for their work: the corporate veil doesn't save them.
why do software engineers, who ship products demonstrably harming millions, get full indemnity?

don't often have sympathy for younger generations but this made me feel for them. humans need to be able to make mistakes and learn from them. also, we do not hate software "engineers" enough.

@masatoalexander Hate in general is just a waste of energy. It's never that simple. People are defined by there actions which can be both - good and bad. I just wonder, can we expect perfection while demanding leniency for ourselves?

@boyan_bue same can be said for any of the professions above. they have things like the Hippocratic oath or an obligation to general public's health and well being (e.g. don't build fire/death traps)

Wir wissen alle, dass unser umlagebasiertes Rentensystem uns bald um die Ohren fliegt.
Daher stelle ich mir inzwischen die Frage:
Könnten Personen, die privat vorsorgen, später benachteiligt werden?
Ganz nach dem Motto:
„Du hast doch ein 100k Portfolio, nutz das erst einmal, bevor du Ansprüche geltend machst.“
Bin ich hier zu pessimistisch oder könnte es in diese Richtung gehen?

@GerdKrause16 @neythomas Es gibt durchaus Zusatzversicherungen. Bspw. Bei der Zahnversorgung. In welchem Umfang jedoch Zusatzversicherungen existieren und ob sich das dann insgesamt lohnt, kann ich nicht sagen.

@boyan_bue @neythomas Ich frage mich, warum es keine PKV gibt, die man als Zusatzversicherung zur GKV abschließen kann und dann als Privatpatient unterwegs zu sein ohne die Solidargemeinschaft zu verlassen.

Mal eine Frage an die Experten hier: wenn die Bundesregierung die Beitragsbemessungsgrenze der GKV schrittweise auf 100.000 erhöht, dann dürften doch etliche >55-jährige, die bisher in der PKV gefangen waren, in die im Alter oft günstigere GKV zurückrutschen, oder?

@LeonJBergmann Den Eindruck habe ich auch. Doch die aktuellen Parteien können es halt nicht. Und sie können es halt nicht weil die aktuellen Strukturen einfach ineffizient sind. Wenn man mit Beamten redet, bekommt man ein gutes Gefühl wie mittelalterlich die Strukturen sind.
