Day 3 of the no caffeine bet:
Honestly, things have been quite easy for me thus far. I weaned off caffeine and only had a half a cup of black tea the day before the bet started. Zero withdrawal symptoms. Zero headaches. And overall feeling good.
What I find most interesting is I've been wanting to do this for a long time, but couldn't quite manage to do it without putting some money on the line. I guess that tells me I need to work on my internal self-control. I shouldn't need external factors and pressure to get me to do what I'd like to do. #deepthoughts

Sometimes you're just supposed to lose. You go through a phase with a bunch of what I like to think of as "Schrodinger's poker hands" - eg. let's say you have AA on a turn with a double flush draw, blocking neither, and about 1 pot size bet behind ... whatever you choose, it's wrong.
Shove? Nope, they had a set.
Don't shove? Way to go dummy, they had the draw and got there.
