Marathon 447 done pacing 5 hours 30 at Windermere, came in 5:29:34 but the plaudits go to @gdixon61 who finished his ten in ten by pacing perfectly 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🎉🎉

@_theteaboy Can’t recall all the times although between 3:00-3:07 I think - he easily continue that effort for 10 days. Top jogging that.

For all those following my JogR adventures. Mara 94 26/05 is 50/50 - local pub, decent band = enjoying life may get in the way the night before. Anyhow a Mara be it 94/95 is penned in 02/06. Another bash at the 105.5 laps of a 400 track.
