They can start with the existing houses under LSDPC by using the proposed regulations on them. The state govt should also consider reducing the exorbitant fees attached to land document regularization, building approvals, and other related charges.
There is also a need to review existing building regulations; especially issues around setbacks and other restrictive provisions that unnecessarily increase construction costs.
More importantly, the state govt should develop additional low-cost housing estates and practically test these proposed policies within such schemes before extending them to the general public. ✌🏿

Regardless of any system you put in place as a business owner, always give room for flexibility and transmit that to your employer.
Yesterday I had a meeting in oopl, I got there early so I decided to wash my car within oopl.
On getting there I met like 3 cars, I asked the attendant if I can sit in the nearby bar, she said yes" that it's operated by same person.
While sitting a lady came to ask if I'll like to place order, while I was placing an order for their pepper soup, then one irritating fellow spoke from afar that they don't allow any external drink, cos I was with a plastic water bottle.
I try to make them see reason, she was adamant.
So I asked for my car keys and drove to the location of the meeting within the oopl.
Note: The act make the operator to loose revenue from car washing & the pepper soup, just because I held onto a ₦200 water bottle.
Yes you might ask why can't I just leave the water in the car?

The reason Desmond is still throwing tantrums is because Gbaja didn’t put enough laxative in the food he served him. Hopefully, he learns his lesson properly and never repeats the same mistakes again!

That story of Desmond Eliot is another example of betrayal of leadership by followership. In this game of politics, you can't be wiser and smarter than the one who made you politically.

Femi Otedola just spent ₦43.4 Billion buying his own stock today. 🇳🇬🔥
Here is what happened in plain English:
A company linked to billionaire Femi Otedola purchased 549 million shares of First HoldCo at ₦79 per share on the Nigerian Exchange today.
That is ₦43,413,316,587 in a single transaction.
This is called insider buying. When the owner of a company is spending billions to buy more of his own shares, it means one thing.
The smartest move you can make as an investor is to watch what billionaires do with their own money. Not what they say. What they do.
Today Otedola spoke with ₦43 billion.
Are you listening?
