On Wednesday, I interviewed Ahmed at the site of an Israeli massacre that killed 13 civilians in Deir Qanoun.
This morning, I was horrified to learn he was among the 4 paramedics Israel murdered in a deliberate double-tap strike.
He acknowledged the possibility of being targeted but told me “this does not make us afraid or stop us for even a second from trying to save people's lives.”
