@AustinBourgeois The issue is up top. Unfortunate situation that someone placed these stents way too high and are jailing off multiple central biliary ducts. May have to place more PBDs fenestrated through the stents, but no patient wants to be an octopus with multiple drains 🐙

Post liver txp+TIPS referred for TJLB. Would anyone try TJ approach? Transfem transcaval (TFTC) works too and very quick! 1) Add another curve to metal cannula, 2) aim lateral, 3) make sure needle doesn’t go thru TIPS. @dotter_IR @MontefioreRAD @SIR_ECS @SIRRFS
