Moved live the day before a 45K payout... It is what it is but I still haven’t received the first 45K payout so is that forfeited too even though it was approved and withdrawn from my accounts?

@GandalfTrader @rebeccaatrades Yes can confirm and risk team should have already confirmed this too, $45k was paid today to her Rise. not sure where the confusion was here or if they did not communicate that, sorry for confusion if they did not. They might have assumed you saw the Rise payment already.

🚨 Alpha Futures, This KYC Process Raises Serious Questions. The issue here isn’t that a trader failed KYC. The issue is how the entire process was handled. According to the documentation reviewed, @vinaytrdr successfully completed Veriff verification multiple times. However, the verification never appeared to complete on the Alpha Futures dashboard. Rather than identifying the actual issue, the trader was repeatedly instructed to retry the verification using different browsers, devices, identity documents, and multiple new verification attempts. The process continued for several days without a clear explanation of what was actually preventing the verification from being completed. Then, after all those repeated attempts, the case ended with the account being permanently closed on the grounds of a “high probability of fraudulent attempt.” That raises a few important questions. If fraud was genuinely suspected, why encourage multiple additional verification attempts instead of immediately escalating the case to compliance? If the issue had already been identified, why wasn’t the trader informed of it from the beginning instead of being asked to keep repeating the same process? Was a manual review ever conducted before such a final decision was made, or was the outcome based solely on the automated verification result? Transparency isn’t just about making decisions. It’s about ensuring traders understand why those decisions were made. @AlphaFutures, the community deserves clear answers.
