Nowhere close to done I agree, but just calling us a sham when we are clearly putting all the right things in motion I have no idea what you guys are trying to gain. Your broker isn't licensed in the UK, its licensed in Seychelles 😭 Usually a UK-regulated broker prominently displays: FCA-authorised wording an FRN/FCA registration number a link to the FCA register Alpha has none of these Instead, all the regulatory language points to Seychelles FSA regulation. “regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA)” with license number SD182. And the Seychelles regulator itself lists “ACG MARKETS LTD” in its capital markets registry.

Topstep = their own sim environment Live = cleared with CTS/plus500 my guess is you haven’t been live to know that, I have. Why we worked with them. They’re elite.

"Script is running to" is complete BS, we all know you're just asking Plus 500 to run a reconciliation script for you. The issues lies in the fact you guys outsource to cheap tech providers and then don't take accountability when issues occur. Why partner with Plus 500 in the first place when they have known issues?! @bpchaffee @Topstep I read replies & MP’s comments too. Very unfortunate. Seems to be on par for TopStep. At least you stayed positive & killed them with kindness. After seeing how both parties handled this, I’d much rather give my business to Alpha Futures. Will be loading up some accounts today.

Thought this was going to be my move to LIVE email again. Instead it’s a 🥾@Topstep 😭 Reads like I’ll be able to have one more $22.5k payout (eligible today but they put a hold on my account currently) But $108,000+ in profit across 5 accounts down the drain I guess 😕
