@bppulseuk most days there’s a silver @TfLTPH vehicle parked on a disabled vehicle charger at your Chiswick charging hub and not charging. It seems it belongs to a staff member which makes it even worse?

@bp_uk @bpchargemaster Uber driver here. My RFID card is confirmed valid, yet I’m forced to use the app where £60 is held and refunded days later. Other networks release funds instantly. This creates real operational risk. Please explain. #EVcharging

Why is @bppulseuk so useless? The app had lost my card details and wouldn’t let me add new ones, nor does it integrate with Apple Pay, and there isn’t a tap card option. In 5+ years of EV usage BP has consistently been the least reliable and usable charging service. Do better.

@bppulseuk I have my car plugged in from 6pm to charge in a public car park. This won’t be complete till after midnight. Can I leave it plugged in till 7.30am or will this incur an overstay fee?

@bppulseuk I figured it out - it had held on to a session I did a few weeks ago. I had to click “done” before it would let me do anything else related to charging, even though it’s an old session. Please let your developers know!

Hi @bpPulseUK I used the BP Pulse charger at Starbucks Pendigo Way NEC while visiting the store and have now received a parking charge for staying over 60 minutes. Charging sessions can easily exceed this time. Could you please help look into this?

Had my first experience of charging an electric car today (not mine). 45 min charge giving me about 125 mile range for £35! This hardly shouts #ElectricVehicles are a cheaper cleaner future … what happened to the electric vision not costing anything in ‘fuel’ ? @bppulseuk

@DerrySinnFein @SDLPlive any chance yous can help with getting super EV chargers on the derry side of the bridge. Zero Ev fast charging is available. The only ones available in the city is at gees . @bppulseuk these are down more than they are up.
